A project, step by step
Scope
You tell us what you have and what you need. We reply with questions or a written scope, schedule and fee.
Assemble the team
We put together the core team and the specialists the work needs, then gather drawings, photos and requirements and visit the site.
Produce
Our platform drafts the sheets, reports or documents, checking them against your standards and requirements as it goes.
Review
The project lead and the specialists on the job review every deliverable, correct it and approve it. Nothing leaves without that approval.
Deliver and revise
You receive the files in the formats you asked for, and we make agreed revisions.
Your files stay private
Our AI platform runs on our own hardware. Client drawings, reports and proposals are processed there and are not uploaded to public AI services.
Every action that leaves the platform, such as sending a report, submitting a proposal or publishing anything, needs a person's approval, and the platform keeps an audit trail of what it did.
What the platform does, and what it doesn't
It drafts, formats, cross-checks and keeps track. It does not make engineering judgments on its own, sign or seal anything, set prices, or contact anyone for you.
